Argentina is a standout amongst the most prominent spots to visit in South America – whether you are exploring the continent or just on a short, spending occasion. Take your time exploring this beautiful country – the vast landscape takes time to get around and is justified regardless of the considerable number of diversions you'll discover along the way. At Tours Buenos Aires, our tour operators in Argentina will help you to plan your Argentina tour.

A bustling port and experience center point, Ushuaia is a bit of steep lanes and confused structures below the snow capped Martial Range. Ushuaia takes full benefit of its “Train to the End of the World” status, and you will see the amazing Tierra del Fuego National Park situated in the south-east. El Calafate is home base for going to numerous glaciers in the area, including the wonderful Perito Moreno glacier. The Perito Moreno Glacier is one of the most famous glaciers in the world and for sure of the Glacier National Park. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage site and a beautiful natural phenomenon. The entertaining fact about the Perito Moreno Glacier is that it doesn’t generally retreat similar to the case with numerous glaciers around the world because of climate change. The Perito Moreno Glacier begins high in the Andes where the Southern Patagonian Ice field lies. It ends in Lake Argentina where it gradually flows towards a land arm in the lake called Brazo Rico.

Another famous place to visit in tours Argentina is Mendoza. Mendoza has been a long time on our bucket list because it’s one of the best wine regions in Argentina. Situated in the west of Argentina near the Chilean border is the area of Mendoza. Mendoza is extremely popular worldwide for its production of wine, particularly Malbec. Because of its area in the Andean foothills, it means that the vineyards are located at a high height, 900m above ocean level, making it perfect for the cultivation of Malbec grapes. The city of Mendoza is its capital and is the central hub from which to see the surrounding wine regions.

The famous Iguazu Falls are situated in north-eastern Argentina, in the state of Misiones which borders Brazil and Paraguay. Over 270 waterfalls are formed where the Iguazu River dives over the semi-circular edge of the Parana Plateau measuring 3kms long. The Iguazu Falls are one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world and therefore a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The falls straddle the Argentine and Brazilian border and are situated in two parks on either side; Iguazú National Park on the Argentine side and Iguazu National Park on the Brazilian side. Besides being home to the waterfalls, the parks themselves are a natural wonderland.
